Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, please note orders with personalisation may take
3-10 business days. All orders are dispatched via our delivery partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please track your order through our delivery partner websites. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns OR exchanges for change of mind, which is in line with Australian Consumer Affairs. 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged
this needs to be reported via email to info@lasagecollective.com.au within 7 days of receipt and we will review your case and sort you out as quickly as possible for a replacement. 

Please note that items which have been damaged
as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered as faulty.
